Delete your data
PDF Scanner has no account. Here is how to remove its data.

PDF Scanner has no account
You do not create an account, username or password to use PDF Scanner, so there is no account for us to delete and we hold no files, scans or personal profile about you on our own servers. Everything the app stores is on your phone, and you control it.
Delete the data stored on your phone
- Open Android Settings, then Apps, then PDF Scanner.
- Tap Storage, then Clear storage (or Clear data). This removes your saved signatures, recent files list, settings and the app's working copies.
- To remove the app too, tap Uninstall.
PDFs you saved to Downloads or shared elsewhere are ordinary files. Delete them in your file manager.
Cancel a Premium subscription
Clearing data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, PDF Scanner, Cancel subscription. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
Data held by Google services
Some data is collected by Google services the app uses (advertising, analytics, crash reports, billing). You can manage it yourself:
- Advertising ID: Android Settings, Google, Ads, Delete advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation.
- Ad and consent choices: in the app, Settings, Ad privacy choices (shown where it applies to you).
- Your Google activity: myaccount.google.com.
To ask us about any other data, or to request deletion of crash or analytics data linked to your device, email hello@nexlabstudios.com with the subject "PDF Scanner data request". We reply within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
