Each NexLab app has its own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing. This page covers nexlabstudios.com and the free tools on it.

The free tools

The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Numbers, text and files you enter are processed on your own device and are never sent to us or to any server. Nothing you type into a tool is stored or logged.

Feedback and reviews

If you submit a review, suggestion or problem report, we store what you send:

• The name you enter, or "Anonymous" if you leave it blank
• Your message and, for reviews, your star rating
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide one
• Which app the feedback is about and when it was sent

Reviews you submit may be published on this site after review. Problem reports and suggestions are not published.

An email address is used to reply to you about your feedback. It is not used for anything else unless you separately tick the box asking to hear about new apps and updates — that box is never ticked for you, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.

This data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore). Google processes it on our behalf under their own terms.

Security check

Suggestions and problem reports use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are not an automated bot. Turnstile checks your browser rather than asking you to solve a puzzle, and Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use advertising cookies or track users across websites. Reviews do not use Turnstile.

How feedback reaches us

Suggestions and problem reports are stored in Firestore and also sent to us by email so we see them promptly. Reviews are stored in Firestore only. Your email address is included only if you choose to provide one.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of anything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@nexlabstudios.com and we will action it.

If you gave marketing consent, you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing the address above.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
