You own the files, projects and code you create or import. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for your content and for the websites you visit. We do not monitor or review it.
The rules for using HTML Viewer.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
By downloading, installing or using HTML Viewer ("the App"), made by NexLab Studios ("NexLab", "we"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Using optional features (an account, FTP, GitHub, AI) means you also accept the conditions for that feature below.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal or professional use.
You may view, create and edit HTML, CSS and JavaScript, use the built-in browser, tools and templates, sync with FTP servers and GitHub repositories you are allowed to access, and use the AI features on code you have the right to use.
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the App; reverse engineer it; remove its notices; use it unlawfully; or get around its limits or subscription checks.
HTML Viewer offers optional paid plans (Premium and AI Pro, monthly or yearly). Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown in the App and on Google Play before you buy, in your local currency. Prices can change, and a change applies at your next renewal after notice from Google Play.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and some free features can be unlocked temporarily by watching a rewarded ad. We do not control the ads shown. Paid subscribers see no ads.
You own the files, projects and code you create or import. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for your content and for the websites you visit. We do not monitor or review it.
These features are optional and connect only to servers and repositories you choose. Your logins and tokens stay on your device in encrypted storage. You confirm you have the right to access anything you connect to. Unauthorised access to a system is illegal and breaks these Terms. We are not responsible for what you send to or change on those services. Use SFTP where you can: plain FTP is not encrypted and the App does not support FTPS.
You agree not to use the App to:
We may limit, block or end access to the App or your account if you do, and may report serious abuse to the authorities.
The App, its design, code, graphics, templates and built-in snippets belong to NexLab and are protected by law. You may use HTML files you make with the App for any purpose, including commercial projects. Third-party libraries keep their own licences.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what stays on your phone and what we receive for accounts, plans, AI and problem reports.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it works on every device, that AI output is accurate, or that third-party services (Google Play, GitHub, FTP servers, the AI provider) will always be available or secure.
To the extent the law allows, NexLab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, files or code (including files sent to FTP or GitHub), loss of profit, use of AI output, unauthorised access to systems you connect, or content seen in the built-in browser. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Cancel any subscription in Google Play first to avoid further charges. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, warranty, liability) continue after use ends.
We may update these Terms. The date above will change, and for significant changes (such as subscription terms or AI data handling) we will try to tell you in the App or in the update notes. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your country. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
