Delete your account
How to remove your HTML Viewer account and its data.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Delete your account inside the app
- Open HTML Viewer and go to Settings.
- On your account card at the top, tap the menu (three dots).
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
No longer have the app, or can't sign in?
Email hello@nexlabstudios.com with the subject "Delete my HTML Viewer account". So we can be sure the account is yours, include:
- your username, or your recovery code, and
- if you added a contact email in the app, send the email from that address, and
- if you ever subscribed, the Google Play order number from your receipt email (it looks like
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).
We confirm and delete the account, normally within a few days and at most within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your username, recovery code (hash), account ID and contact email.
- The link between your account and your phone.
- Problem reports that can be matched to your account, if you ask us to remove them.
What is kept, and for how long
- The username is reserved for 90 days so nobody can take it over, then released.
- Subscription records are removed automatically a limited time after the plan ends. They are no longer linked to a person once the account is gone.
- Free AI allowance stays tied to the device, so deleting an account does not reset it.
- Short-lived security records roll off on their own (see the Privacy Policy).
Before you delete
- Deleting does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Menu, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, HTML Viewer, Cancel.
- Without the account you cannot restore a plan on a new phone.
- Your files and settings are on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
